Terms & Conditions
Before ordering any products from the CHECK-O-MATIC website, please read these conditions carefully. By ordering via this website you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Changes may be made to this website and these terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in force at the time you placed your order.
1. RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.
1.1. When you have paid for your order through the secure bank site, you will immediately receive confirmation by the bank of your order.
1.2. Within 48 hours, normally before, you will receive an email from CHECK-O-MATIC LTD stating when the order has been or will be despatched by post and when you can expect to receive your order.
2. DESPATCH.
2.1 Orders to UK addresses are sent by 1st Class post, except e-books which are emailed.
2.2 Orders to addresses to the rest of Europe will be posted by Airmail, except e-books which are emailed.
2.3 Orders to addresses outside Europe are dealt with separately and on an individual basis at present, owing to the different tax requirements.
2.4 If for any reason we are not able to despatch your order within 7 working days, you will be given the option of waiting until the date given, or have your money refunded.
3. PRICES
Prices shown are inclusive of postage and VAT.
3.1 Prices for areas outside Europe will have to be given for the individual country, after en email enquiry.
4. GUARANTEE.
4.1 The CHECK-O-MATIC Starter Pack has 30 days full satisfaction or money back guarantee. If you are not absolutely delighted with this unique learning tool, just return the material as received within 30 days of receipt. You will then receive a full and courteous refund of the money you paid when you ordered.
4.2 Should you wish to take advantage of this guarantee, please notify us by email in advance of your intention in order to get the correct return address. The package should be returned by registered post.

6.1 You agree that any relevant legislation or jurisdiction in English Law shall govern this contract.

1.1 Any personal information you give us will never be passed on to third parties. Your postal address and/or email address is covered under the Data Protection Act of 1998, which we strictly adhere to.
1.2 The Privacy & Electronic Communications Act was passed into law on 11th December 2003. We have never sent spam and never will.
